We are committed to processing, packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Online orders are normally mailed out within 1-2 business days. Little Jots Lunchbox Notes uses Canada Post Service.

You will receive a shipment notification by email once your order has been mailed and is en route to you. The number of days from that email until your order is delivered depends upon your location. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery. Shipping to the US may take up to 10 business days or sometimes more.

International Orders:

We welcome International Orders and we will deliver to anywhere in the world. Please email us your order and we will provide you with a quote.

Please note for US and International orders, duty and taxes may be added by customs and they will be your responsibility to pay.

Delivery time begins once you receive email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your money. All we ask is that you return the product to the address below in the same condition it left our warehouse and include the purchase invoice.

At Little Jots we take the subject of your privacy very seriously. The information we receive from you is only used to process your orders so that you receive them in a timely manner. When you order from us, any personal information is kept secured and confidential. Little Jots does not sell, trade or in any other way share your personal information with anyone else.

When confidential payment information is transmitted it is done via SSL ("Secure Socket Layer") technology between your machine and our servers. This software encrypts the information before it is sent to us. Once the payment is processed this information is destroyed. This is why payment information must be entered again whenever you place a new order.
